Andersen Corporation seeks an Internal Communications Manager – Technology and Data to lead internal comms for enterprise technology and data initiatives. You will partner with senior tech leaders, craft clear messaging, and produce engaging content across formats to educate and engage employees.

You will translate complex technical programs into accessible language, support enterprise transformation, and help drive adoption and business outcomes with a strategic communications plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, communications, public relations, business, marketing, international relations or technical discipline.
• 6–8 years of corporate communications background focused on IT/data preferred.
• Experience with executive-level communications and working with senior leaders.
• Crisis/issue communications experience across corporate/government/non-profit/PR-agency.
• Strong writing ability for diverse audiences and formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications for enterprise technology and data strategy.
• Develop messaging frameworks translating complex tech initiatives into clear, actionable content.
• Create and manage stories across written, video, photography and design formats.
• Support enterprise communications programs in partnership with technology leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and engagement.
