Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a Technology Compliance Advisor in Omaha, NE, to mature and scale its technology compliance capabilities across the enterprise. You will lead governance for information security, incident and problem management, and business continuity.

The role requires 2+ years in IT risk management and a strong grasp of regulatory requirements (FFIEC, GLBA, NIST, PCI-DSS). You’ll collaborate with IT, security, vendors, and business units to strengthen controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years' experience in IT risk management, IT controls, technology compliance, IT governance, ITSM/ITIL, and SSDLC.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills; excellent organization.
• Understanding of technology oversight frameworks and banking regulations for embedded banking and fintech.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature the Bank's information security compliance programs and governance practices.
• Design and execute incident management, problem management, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Lead business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and testing efforts.
• Coordinate change management and CAB activities, documenting outcomes and lessons learned.
• Communicate regulatory guidance and lead audits and regulatory exams.
• Drive program scalability and improvement across enterprise partnerships and core systems.
