Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a Technology Compliance Advisor to build and scale the bank's technology compliance capabilities across the enterprise. You will ensure adherence to the Information Security Program and applicable regulations, while developing governance around FinTech and embedded banking relationships.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders across teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years' experience in IT risk management, IT controls, and technology compliance.
• Knowledge of IT governance, ITSM/ITIL, and SSDLC practices.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, mature, and scale the Bank's technology compliance capabilities across the enterprise.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's Information Security Program and regulations (FFIEC, GLBA, NIST, PCI-DSS).
• Create monitoring and reporting mechanisms to identify gaps across partner ecosystems and internal platforms.
• Establish governance for FinTech, Embedded Banking, and Core relationships.
• Design, execute, and scale the Incident & Problem Management program.
