Pyramid Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Technology Communications Manager for a 06+ months contract, remote in the United States. The role focuses on developing external communications around AI, autonomous driving, and emerging tech.

You will create blog posts, social content, talking points, media briefing materials, and work with engineering and product leaders to craft compelling narratives. 7+ years in technology communications and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

• Coordinate messaging across teams for accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor industry trends in AI, autonomous vehicles, mobility tech.

Immediate need for a talented Technology Communications Manager. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote).

Pay Range: $95 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute external communications strategies and narratives around AI, autonomous driving, and emerging technology.
• Create high-quality external content, including blog posts, social media content, talking points, media briefing materials, and thought leadership.
• Partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional leaders to identify, shape, and scale compelling stories.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for industry stakeholders, media, customers, and the general public.
• Support executives and technical leaders with media preparation, speaking engagements, talking points, and briefing materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with key AI, technology, automotive, and mobility reporters, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Identify proactive opportunities to position technology, engineering work, and business impact externally.
• Collaborate across communications, engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and consistent external messaging.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging developments across AI, autonomous vehicles, and mobility technology.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience in technology communications, corporate communications, public relations, or external communications.
