Theron Solutions seeks a senior communications leader with 6-10 years of PR experience in B2B technology, including enterprise software, AI, cloud, IT operations or automation. The role develops media strategies and drives coverage across business, technology and trade outlets.

The candidate will work with senior executives, shape spokespeople and manage PR agencies, while delivering strong writing and storytelling to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualificações

• 6-10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications or integrated communications, including complex B2B technology such as enterprise software, AI, cloud, IT operations or automation.
• Demonstrated success developing media strategies and securing meaningful business, technology and trade coverage.
• Experience working with senior executives, preparing spokespeople and managing PR agencies or communications partners.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business and nontechnical audiences.
• Strong project management and sound judgment; ability to manage competing priorities, align stakeholders and drive execution.
• Collaborative working style, with confidence to recommend priorities, challenge weak ideas and help teams reach decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with agentic AI or AIOps, communications measurement, share of voice, AI visibility and crisis or issues communications.
