Ascensus has an exceptional opportunity for a IT professional to align IT governance with the organization's strategic objectives and adhering to regulatory standards and best practices. Responsibilities include managing resource strategy and distribution across the organization, supervising the process for creating new roles or filling open positions, handling vendor selection and onboarding, and setting up metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), productivity measures, and vendor review processes. The role works closely with the Transformation Office to monitor project metrics and coordinates with the Finance department to manage the overall budget, resource capacity, and cost management initiatives. Additionally, this role will also administratively guide our Architecture, Change Management and Process Improvement Enablement teams to ensure timely progress.

The national average salary range for this role is$200,000 - $250,000 in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits.This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
