Job summary

Total Quality Logistics seeks a Technology Change Specialist in Cincinnati to lead change management initiatives across the organization. You will develop and execute communications, design change plans, and partner with project teams to drive adoption of new systems and processes.

You will coach leaders, perform readiness assessments, and monitor adoption metrics to ensure a smooth transition aligned with enterprise goals. A Bachelor’s degree and change management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, or business preferred.
• Three years of supporting technology systems or transformation projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with change management principles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and distribute communications for changes and updates.
• Design and implement change management plans and resources.
• Collaborate with project teams and PMO to communicate impacts to end users.
• Coach leaders to fulfill change sponsor roles and promote adoption.
• Monitor adoption progress and report on resistance and success metrics.
• Engage with stakeholders and leadership to align with enterprise initiatives.
