Job summary
TJX Companies is seeking a Product Management Manager for Global Site Solutions in Marlborough, MA. You will define and champion the product strategy across 60+ applications to support Real Estate, Store Planning, and Workplace Services, driving value for our global partners.
The ideal candidate brings extensive product leadership, experience delivering large-scale global implementations, and a strong voice of the customer to guide cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or business or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years product experience or related role.
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale global implementations.
Responsibilities
- Owns product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Global Site Solutions.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery across multiple teams and markets.
- Lead SAFe ceremonies and align with architecture and engineering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into requirements.
- Mentor product owners and develop high-performing teams.
