  • Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, priorities, risks, investment plans, and transformation objectives to ensure technology initiatives support organisational goals.
  • Shape, qualify, and prioritise technology demand, ensuring initiatives are aligned to clear business outcomes, value drivers, and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain visibility of business technology roadmaps and work with Product Managers to align future technology capabilities and service offerings to business needs.
  • Facilitate prioritisation and trade‑off discussions where competing demands, funding constraints, or resource limitations exist.
  • Provide commercial insight and guidance on technology investment decisions, helping stakeholders understand costs, value, service consumption, and return on investment.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and provide strategic governance across key initiatives, ensuring programmes remain aligned to agreed business outcomes.
  • Support the successful adoption of technology and transformation initiatives by identifying risks, dependencies, stakeholder impacts, and change readiness requirements.
What you bring

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Experience operating within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge constructively, influence decision‑making, and drive alignment across teams.
  • A collaborative, resilient, and forward‑thinking approach, with a passion for delivering business value through technology.
