Ibility is seeking a Technology Business Management (TBM) Analystto support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT), ITBudgetand Finance (ITBF) organization. This role supports TBM initiatives to advance IT cost transparency, strengthen financial governance, and enable data-driven decision-making across the VA. TheTBMAnalystwillassistin the sustainment and enhancement of the TBM Cost Transparency Model, leveraging Apptio and TBM Council standards.
This role requires foundational knowledge offederal ITfinancial management, data governance, and analytical modeling, with the ability toassistin analyzing financial and technical data to support reporting and decision-making aligned to VA leadership priorities.
We are seeking candidates for a hybrid-locationrole in Washington, D.C.; only DC Metro Area candidates will be considered.
