KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the business users and IT; make recommendations to address specific business needs for IT-based solutions
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional areas, externally and internally, in the implementation of system and business processes
• Define system scopes and objectives, as well as the content of required documentation
• Evaluate new software products to determine their applicability to current and future IT environments
• Manage vendor relationships, including issue notifications and follow-ups until resolution
• Facilitate requirements gathering; document requirements and use cases; support other project documentation
• Document UAT test cases, plans as necessary; support UAT execution as needed
• Support maintenance of project's Microsoft Teams channel
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent, relevant experience
• BA Certification is a plus, not required
• Proven experience as a true business analyst; experience interviewing end users within the ADV business, gathering problem statements, pain point with the existing business process, and translating into system business solutions
• Big 4 experience is a plus
• Ability to scope the solution working with architects
• Not data or systems analyst
