You will use your deep accounting expertise to improve internal controls, deliver high-quality audits, and help clients navigate complex regulatory environments while advancing your career in a collaborative, growth-oriented firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA required.
• 8+ years auditing in a professional services firm; technology experience preferred.
• 5+ years supervisory experience; mentoring and counseling associates desired.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted engagement team member providing assurance and consulting services to industry specific clients.
• Proactively engaging with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Managing all fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery.
• Providing financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing.
• Developing insights through review and discussion of client data.
• Overseeing engagement staffing, billing/collections, and profitability targets.
• Help drive growth by pursuing new opportunities and collaborating across service lines.
• Network and build relationships to acquire clients and projects.
• Participate in firm-wide learning and development programs.
