Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA designation is required to lead engagements.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a public accounting firm.
• Knowledge of ProSystem Fx is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engagement lead on client accounts, handling pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans with budgets and schedules.
• Coach and manage a team of associates, developing technical and industry skills.
• Ensure effective client management and clear leadership across audits, tax, and consulting services.
