Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA designation is required to lead engagements.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a public accounting firm.
• Knowledge of ProSystem Fx is a plus.

This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

This position will support our Technology Practice. CohnReznick's Technology Practice assists public, private, and investor-backed companies at each stage of their life cycle. This experience allows us to function as key business advisors to our technology clients. You will work on a team with Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Serving as the engagement lead on specific client accounts, taking responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules.
• In managing a team of associates and senior associates, you will provide regular performance coaching and feedback, while developing individual technical and industry skills.
• Effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership. Continue to build a thorough understanding of all audits, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participating in proposals.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
• CPA designation is required
• 5+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required
• Commercial services and/or Technology industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus
• Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
