Job summary

SR Staffing is recruiting for an Assurance Manager to join a National Top 15 CPA firm in Tysons Corner, VA. The role offers hybrid work with in-office collaboration several days a week and leadership responsibility in a growing technology-focused practice.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting with 5+ years of public accounting experience, including work with tech clients. ProSystem fx experience is a plus, and a competitive total rewards package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with commercial and/or technology clients preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with ProSystem fx is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through execution and final delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and high-quality communication.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Associates and Senior Associates.
• Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, and overall project execution.
• Participate in business development and proposal efforts.
• Build a strong understanding of the firm's broader service offerings across audit, tax, and advisory.
