Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in a technology field preferred.
• Experience using spreadsheets for budgeting/analysis.
• Experience managing external vendors.
• Familiarity with network concepts and PC architecture.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed bills of materials for Facilities and Campus Operation projects.
• Track purchase orders and maintain inventory records.
• Oversee multiple warehouses and prepare assets for deployment via work orders.
• Allocate components to fulfill work orders with accurate location documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish as needed.
• Track annual network technology expenses and review vendor maintenance quotes.
