Job summary

Bridgeline Solutions is seeking a senior transactional attorney to build and scale its Transactions function in a high-energy, business-focused environment. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and practice leader across development, partnerships, supply chain, commercial, and government engagements.

You will lead complex technology and commercial transactions from drafting through negotiation and execution, while developing templates,

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 10+ years of experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Significant in-house experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Deep experience with sophisticated technology and commercial transactions.
• Strong understanding of IP and trade/regulatory issues relevant to a global business.

Our client, a fast-growing, technology-driven company is looking for a senior transactional attorney to help build and scale its Transactions function in a high-intensity, business-focused environment.

Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel, you’ll serve as both a trusted legal advisor and practice leader, partnering closely with teams across development, partnerships, supply chain, commercial, and government engagements.
