Northern Trust in Chicago invites you to join the Analyst Development Program, a 27-month rotation through three Technology teams focused on Data Science or Analytics. You will rotate nine months per team, with mentors, speaker series, and career development opportunities as part of a structured program.

The program includes exposure to senior leadership and hands-on data projects. The role offers a path to develop in data engineering, analytics, AI-driven solutions, and scalable data practices,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with expected graduation June 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High motivation and tenacity; proven analytical and problem-solving skills through coursework or internship.
• Experience learning programming languages and tools (Java, Python, SQL, Azure DevOps, GitHub).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through 3 Technology teams aligned to Data Science or Analytics (9 months per team, 27 months total).
• Contribute to meaningful engineering and technology projects.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related major at an accredited college/university with an expected graduation date of June 2027
• You have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
• You have good verbal and written communication skills
• You are highly motivated and tenacious
• You have proven analytical and problem‑solving skills through course work, projects, and or previous internship experience
• Experience learning programming languages and technology tools (examples include Java, Python, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Github)

Salary Range:

Salary is $90,000 USD per year.

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
