THE OPPORTUNITY

The Cyera Technology Alliance Sales Manager will lead co-sell with a select set of technology partners prioritized for Go-to-Market (GTM). This role will be instrumental in building and executing joint GTM plans, enabling field teams, driving co-sell motions, and delivering measurable pipeline growth.

You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, channel, and customer success teams to plan and execute strategic sales plays that maximize the value of our alliances and expand Cyera’s market footprint.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Alliance Co-Sell Strategy & Management

  • Develop and manage strategic co-sell with a select set of Technology Alliances.
  • Own joint sales business planning and GTM execution with each partner.
  • Drive to quarterly goals and KPIs for sales performance and growth within each partnership.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Build and operationalize joint GTM plans including account mapping, joint sales campaigns, and partner enablement.
  • Align and activate field-level collaboration between Cyera and alliance sales teams to drive co-selling opportunities.
  • Support creation of joint sales plays and win wires.
  • Support and launch partner-led demand generation initiatives, field events, and executive briefings.
  • Track, report, and optimize influenced and sourced pipeline from technology alliances.
  • Identify and advance strategic opportunities that align with partner ecosystems and Cyera’s core value proposition.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Channel team to integrate Alliances strategy into strategic channel partner plans.
  • Work with Marketing to build awareness, support launch campaigns, and amplify alliance success through PR and content.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Leadership to ensure alliance impact is measurable and forecastable.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or alliance management within cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure domains.
  • Proven success building and managing high-impact technology alliance co-sell motions.
  • Strong understanding of ecosystem dynamics around cloud platforms, data, and security.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent program management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to travel to partner sites, industry events, and other related events as required
  • Prior experience driving revenue growth at an early-stage security company is preferred

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
