Job summary

Corona Regional Medical Center is seeking an Ultrasound Tech to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including OB/GYN, abdomen, and color Doppler. The role reports to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging and supports a broad range of ultrasound services within a busy hospital setting.

Minimum one year of ultrasonography experience is preferred, with RDMS certification due within six months of hire and current BLS/CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• One year of Ultrasonography experience preferred.
• RDMS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures (OB/GYN, abdomen, small parts) and color Doppler.
• Interpret ultrasound examinations and participate in biopsy guidance as needed.

Reporting to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging this position provides a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures (invasive and non-invasive); interprets a variety of ultrasound examinations ranging from routine OB/GYN, abdomen and small body parts to intra-cavity and color Doppler and a variety of biopsies.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

One (1) year experience in Ultrasonography preferred.

REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS

Current BLS (CPR) certificate required.

RDMS certification required within 6 months of hire.
