Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking a Radiology Technologist to operate radiology equipment and perform standard diagnostic procedures in CT and X-Ray. The role supports patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment and requires adherence to established standards.
Completion of an ARRT-accredited radiography program and BLS within 14 days of hire are expected. The technician will collaborate with physicians, RN staff and the care team to ensure high-quality patient imaging services.
Operates radiology equipment and performs routine diagnostic procedures as prescribed by physicians according to established standards and practices to aid in the diagnosis and/or treatment of disease. Routinely works in CT and X-Ray specialties.

Experience as obtained through the completion of a Radiology Technology Program.
Completion of a formal education program in radiography accredited by a mechanism acceptable to ARRT.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Radiologic principals/theory. Utilizes the most appropriate technique and positioning for optimal procedures/treatments as demonstrated by procedure/treatment results. Demonstrates ability to receive and follow written and oral instructions; ability to plan and organize work.
ARRT(R); BLS Certification within 14 days of hire. New graduate who will obtain required registry within 120 days of hire. State license as required.
