Job summary

Baptist is seeking a Medical Technologist to work in the Pathology department, performing and reporting laboratory procedures on assigned shifts with potential overtime. You will receive, identify, organize, and prioritize specimens to ensure timely processing and accurate results.

The role requires completion of an accredited MT program and licensure or national certification (ASCP/AMT/NCA). Hospital experience is preferred, and ongoing professional development is expected to ensure

Job Summary

Utilizes laboratory skills to perform and report results of clearly defined laboratory procedures assuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsible for assigned shifts and subject to overtime and call back as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
