Memorial Healthcare System seeks a radiologic technologist specialized in CT imaging to provide high-quality CT services in a busy imaging department.

The role requires proficiency in advanced post-processing, trauma/stroke protocols, and education of new hires and students. Strong teamwork and adherence to safety standards are essential for delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

  • ARRT Radiology certification or equivalent and Florida RT license
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Ability to act as preceptor and clinical resource for staff and students

Responsibilities

  • Maintains proficiency with advanced post-processing including CT/TAVR exams.
  • Serves as a clinical resource aiding in department education.
  • Precepts new hires and students (2 at a time semi-annually).
  • Prioritizes clinical assignments and workflow for efficient, safe patient care.
  • Performs unassisted trauma/stroke protocols and CT procedures at major trauma centers.
  • Provides peer feedback for performance evaluations.
  • Participates in departmental committees including protocol and policy development; supports CT Dose committee.
  • Performs shift charge responsibilities as needed.
