Job summary

Kforce Inc in Tampa, FL seeks a Techno-Functional Lead to coordinate software releases, drive delivery across teams, and ensure SDLC compliance. You will partner with engineering, DevOps, security, product, and business teams, oversee integrations, APIs, and automated deployment, and report on delivery metrics.

Ten+ years in software development and strong DevOps, security, and governance experience required; Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, application delivery, systems integration, or technology operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with software development using modern programming languages.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and modern DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of application security, software compliance, vulnerability management, and secure development principles.
• Experience supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and balance technical and business priorities.
• Experience creating executive-level status reporting, project documentation, and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused updates and recommendations.

Responsibilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
