Role Purpose: The role involves providing solutions that bridge technology and business understanding, delivering client solutions as a ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM Product Owner. Responsibilities include managing product backlogs, prioritizing stakeholder requirements, and managing releases aligned with the business roadmap in collaboration with the platform owner. Candidates should have at least 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner.

Skills and Qualifications: Expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management is mandatory. Candidates should have experience in skill enhancement, passing Wipro exams, obtaining internal certifications, and participating in training and seminars to stay current in functional and technical domains. Writing papers, articles, and case studies for publication is encouraged.

Performance Parameters:

1. Contribution to customer projects: quality, SLA adherence, ticket resolution, problem-solving, change requests, customer satisfaction (CSAT).
2. Process automation: optimization, steps reduction, ticket volume reduction.
3. Skill development: trainings, certifications, publications.

Experience: 8-10 years.
