About the Summer 2025 ColomboAI Fellow Program

The ColomboAI Fellowship is a 90-day elite program designed for engineers ready to build frontier products in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and social infrastructure. This is your launchpad into the most advanced and high-impact AI startup of the decade.

What Happens After the Program?

At the end of the 90-day fellowship, top performers will receive a full-time job offer at ColomboAI, starting at $120,000/year + Equity + Bonus.

• Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineers
• Full-Stack Developers
• Frontend Engineers

What You’ll Build

• Next-gen Multi-Agent AI systems using cutting-edge frameworks (OpenAI Agents SDK, Google A2A, CrewAI, Agno, etc.)
• Dynamic, personalized user experiences using models like Qwen2.5-Max and ColomboAI-MC-1
• Highly scalable infrastructure for intelligent content feeds, post monetization, and AI-driven user engagement
• Seamless integration between Generative Search, Social Media, and Social Commerce

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js or similar)
• 1+ year in Generative AI or LLM applications
• Experience with AI orchestration (LangChain, OpenAI Assistants, Google A2A, CrewAI, etc.)
• Passion for building in fast-paced, frontier environments
• Obsession with disrupting social platforms using AI
• Ability to work remotely, independently, and fast

Bonus Points

• Built or contributed to multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, or vector databases
• Experience with social platforms, creator tools, or e-commerce integrations
• Eye for great UI/UX — Tailwind, Framer Motion, etc.
