Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience supporting SAP, ERP, or enterprise applications.
- Experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or operational business processes.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with system integrations, interface design, or enterprise application connectivity.
- Experience participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Position Summary The IT Lead Technical Analyst – Production & Manufacturing serves as an experienced techno-functional individual contributor responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting technology solutions that enable Production & Manufacturing operations across Builders FirstSource. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, workstream leadership, developers, solution architects, system integrators, and support teams to translate business requirements into scalable, supportable technical solutions aligned to enterprise standards and business objectives. The Lead Technical Analyst plays a key role throughout the solution lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, integration design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and production support. A primary focus of this role is designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between manufacturing systems and the broader enterprise application landscape. The Lead Technical Analyst serves as the primary techno-functional lead for Production & Manufacturing integrations, helping ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient end-to-end business processes across an increasingly connected technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines manufacturing process knowledge, SAP expertise, and strong technical and integration skills with the ability to solve complex business and technology challenges in a highly integrated environment.
What You’ll Do Design Technical Solutions
Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop functional and technical specifications. Design solutions aligned to enterprise standards.
