Role Overview

You will support the Accelleron REMAN Center in Bolingbrook, Illinois, by dismantling and cleaning turbomachinery and components for all turbocharger families using manual and automated methods. Collaboration with various teams to improve safety, innovation, and productivity is essential. Responsibilities include:

• Following work instructions and safety policies
• Using hand tools, torches, cranes, and pneumatic/hydraulic tools
• Operating abrasive media cabinets and cleaning tanks
• Performing daily checks and light maintenance on tools and equipment
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Participating in training and workshops
• Collaborating across teams to improve communication and processes

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment
• Mechanical skills; turbochargers or engines experience is a plus
• Experience with industrial machinery and remanufacturing is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Physical & Other Demands

• Ability to stand for 80% of the time
• Walking on uneven surfaces
• Handling objects up to 50 pounds
• Working in noisy and sometimes unfavorable conditions
