Job Overview

This role involves operating recycling and wastewater/UPW processes, assisting with equipment installation and qualification, troubleshooting daily process/equipment issues, and implementing system improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of FS technical experience, industrial/commercial operations, or a technical degree (Associate's or higher)
• Preferred: experience in equipment maintenance, process troubleshooting, and industrial wastewater treatment

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and operate recycling and water treatment systems
• Respond to process alarms and adjust operations accordingly
• Collect and analyze process data for optimization
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and laboratory analyses
• Maintain accurate records and proper hazardous waste handling
• Ensure safety protocols and housekeeping standards are followed
• Operate powered industrial equipment as needed

Additional Details

Position reports to the Supervisor – Recycling & Wastewater, with no direct reports. No travel required. Hourly wage ranges from $18.89 to $26.44. Physical requirements include lifting, standing, and wearing PPE. Successful candidates will undergo background checks and other assessments.
