Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in the United States is seeking an RF Technician to support production activities focused on advanced microwave subsystems, including missile front ends, radar receivers, and synthesized sources.

You will perform RF circuit alignment, testing and troubleshooting of MICs, collect test data, document results, and provide feedback to manufacturing engineers to improve product quality before release.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in basic electronics testing, tuning and trouble-shooting.
  • Familiarity with microwave test equipment including: network/spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, power meters and DVMs
  • Good manual dexterity and experience/willingness to work using a microscope and small hand-tools.
  • Good written and verbal skills and ability to carefully follow written instructions.
  • Computer skills are required for this position including: file manipulation, file organization, accessing and launching various programs, and basic Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.
  • In order to be eligible for positions requiring a Security Clearance, you must be a US Citizen.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. To be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license)

Job description

The RF Technician will support production activities within a group concentrating on advanced microwave subsystems for applications including missile front ends, radar receivers, wideband tuners and synthesized sources. Duties include RF circuit alignment, circuit card testing and troubleshooting, subsystem product alignment and testing, collecting and documenting test data and providing feedback to manufacturing engineers on production products.

Qualifications
PAY TRANSPARENCY

The hourly salary range for this position is $28.37 to $35.58/hr ($59,000- $74,000/yr). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
