Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing in Palm Desert, CA seeks a Technician Team Leader to manage on-site installations, lead retail teams and ensure quality delivery from start to finish. You will coordinate project tasks, maintain safety standards, and build client relationships while reporting progress and resolving issues.

This full-time role includes travel, evenings or weekends when needed, and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction preferred.
• Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and high-quality execution.
• Ability to interpret planograms, installation guides, and project documentation.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a safe and responsible manner.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and technology products, including TVs, soundbars, and interactive displays.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete project reporting.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to support select projects that may involve evening, weekend or overnight travel.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $20.90 - $23.00 per hour
