Job summary

HonorHealth in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Logistics/Storeroom Clerk for night shift to issue, charge, and distribute medical and non-medical supplies using a computerized inventory system.

You will inventory, replenish carts, restock storerooms, and coordinate procurement and returns, ensuring accurate locations and labels and maintaining PAR levels.

Requires High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in logistics or supply chain; hospital storeroom experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months, logistics or supply chain experience required or preferred.
• Data entry experience and/or warehouse knowledge required.
• Hospital, storeroom or receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counts and fills pre-determined exchange cart/replenishment area stock levels using a pick list.
• Uses iPad and/or ERP system to complete inventory and replenishment tasks.
• Restocks clean and bulk storeroom shelves from daily receipts, ensuring correct locations and labels.
• Coordinates rental/purchase of patient orthopedic appliances, beds, and equipment as needed.
• Manages soiled equipment per campus policy and ensures secure handling.
• Processes department stock returns and preserves orderly PAR locations at all times.
• Delivers prepackaged procedural trays as required and performs other duties as assigned.
