As a Technician Sterile Fill, you will be responsible for operating fill line equipment to fill products in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., cGMP, GDP, SOPs), sanitizing the fill room as needed, and providing optimal productivity with efficiency and flexibility within the North Manufacturing facility at Fort Worth, Texas (US).

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform all tasks efficiently in the assigned fill room, including setting up, startup, changeover, shutdown, operating fillers, and troubleshooting basic issues.
2. Complete required documentation (MBRs, SOPs, logbooks, etc.) in accordance with cGMP and cGDP standards.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve minor aseptic problems with line/equipment, alerting maintenance or supervisors as needed.
4. Close-out MBRs using MBR checklist, reviewing all supporting documentation and sampling documentation.
5. Exhibit good aseptic technique in the fill room.
6. Sanitize fill suites and ancillary areas according to standards and procedures (cGMP, SOPs).
7. Prepare line/equipment for daily operation following SOPs, including sanitization of contact surfaces.

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in English
• Work hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
