Alcon in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sr Technician Aseptic Processing, 3rd Shift to support our Sterile Team. You will perform aseptic filling preparation and operate CIP/SIP equipment in a cGMP environment.

You will document activities, troubleshoot minor issues, schedule coordination with shifts, and ensure materials and PPE compliance. Benefits and growth opportunities come with joining a global eye-care leader.

Formación

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent reading/writing/communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and prepare equipment for aseptic filling operations, in accordance with standards and procedures (cGxP, SOPs, etc.).
• Operate CIP and SIP on fill line equipment in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Adhere to Current cGMP, Current cGDP, and SOPs; perform duties per HSE standards.
• Prepare fill line equipment for sterilization; report discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and change out filters for aseptic and non aseptic activities; troubleshoot minor issues and alert maintenance as needed.
• Complete required documentation (MBRs, SOPs, log books) per cGMP and cGDP.
• Plan work activities to production schedule; adjust priorities as needed.
• Ensure materials needed for production are available.
• Share knowledge and train new co-workers; coordinate with shifts for smooth execution.
• Communicate with Quality, Materials Control, and Maintenance on quality issues and problem solving.
• Exchange accurate information regarding production with supervisor.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards; adhere to garbing and PPE guidance.
• Participate in safety programs and report hazards.

Job Overview

As a Sr Technician Aseptic Processing, 3rd Shift supporting our Sterile Team, you will be trusted to perform a variety of tasks related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical products in Fort Worth, Texas in US.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Clean and prepare equipment for aseptic filling operations, in accordance with standards and procedures (cGxP, SOPs, etc.). Operate Clean in Place (CIP) and Steam in Place (SIP) on fill line equipment in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Strictly adhere to Current cGMP, Current cGDP, and SOPs. Perform duties in accordance with HSE standards.
• Prepare fill line equipment for sterilization. Resolve and/or report all discrepancies immediately.
• Prepare and change out filters for aseptic and non aseptic activities (e.g., Preventive Maintenance and sterile filtration). Troubleshoot & fix minor aseptic problems line/equipment, alerting maintenance or supervisors as needed.
• Complete required documentation (MBRs, SOPs, log books, etc.) in accordance with cGMP and cGDP.
• Plan work activities in accordance with production schedule, and shifting priorities, adjusting as necessary.
• Ensure that materials needed for production are available.
• Share knowledge and experience and collaborate with coworkers to meet business objectives and to develop team's overall capability. Sponsor/train new co-workers.
• Be flexible with respect to assignments, work schedules Interfaces - Coordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Communicate and Collaborates with the Quality , Materials Control, and Maintenance departments on quality issues, problem solving and to ensure proper technique and efficient flow of materials and products.
• Exchange accurate & complete information regarding production w/ supervisor.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards or dangerous conditions.
• Adhere to garbing requirements in accordance with SOPs and to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines at all times.
• Participate in site safety programs and identify & report safety hazards or unsafe behavior and follow department and company safety guidelines.

• Work hours: 3rd Shift - Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00pm - 6:30am
