Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field required.
• Associate of Science in Drafting or Technical School or related; 12+ years of relevant experience alternative.
• In lieu of education, 14 years of relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes as technical resource in project meetings and project design for area of specialty.
• Researches best practices and maintains outside contact with other specialists.
• Acts as an internal and external point-of-contact for specialty area(s).
• Develops and advises others in related subject matter.
• Prepares technical presentations, reports, and analysis in area of specialty.
• Interacts regularly with clients at the staff level.
• May perform technical reviews for other projects in area of specialty.
• May be responsible for leading the work of a project team in area of specialty and coordinating work with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
