Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Aerospace Technology, technical college degree, or similar discipline
• 5+ years in Business Aviation Technical role
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Read and comprehend technical documents, drawings, contracts, etc.
• Good knowledge of SAP and Office suite

Responsibilities

• Evaluate findings and test results from component repair, overhaul, and testing and package results
• Explain complex technical issues in layman terms to internal and external clients
• Advise on complex technical problems and present issues, findings, and solutions to management
• Lead daily continuous improvement activities and root cause analyses aligned to KPIs
• Drive mid- to long-term projects within own discipline

What are your contributions to the team?

• Evaluate findings and pictures/videos from component repair station testing, repair, and overhaul to package results for:
• Challenging repair station findings
• Administering Terms & Conditions of exchange with our customer
• Interpreting various technical “jargon” into layman’s terms
• Advise internal and external clients on complex and technical problems
• Prepare and present issues, findings, and solutions to management
• Drive daily continuous improvement activities, including performing root cause analysis, understanding and implementing corrective action plans to KPIs of increased complexity
• Lead projects with a broad scope in own discipline mid to long-term in focus
