Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technician Specialist role based in Fort Myers, FL. The Technician Specialist will install, configure, and maintain gate systems, security cameras, and access control equipment at customer locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing diagnostics, troubleshooting technical issues, completing repairs, and conducting routine preventative maintenance. The role involves interpreting technical documentation, wiring and hardware setup, and testing systems to ensure proper operation and safety compliance. The Technician Specialist will also interact with customers on-site, explain system functionality, provide basic user training, and document work performed in service records.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in installing and servicing gate operators, access control panels, and security camera systems.


• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals, with basic understanding of low-voltage electrical work.


• Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively for mechanical and electrical installations.
