Job summary

Schneider Electric in Pasco, Washington is seeking a Service Technician to deliver proactive service and support for HVAC and building automation systems. You will test, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues while working with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

The role requires safety-conscious performance and the ability to work independently or in a team, with installation/commissioning support and warranty service responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits: For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive. The full‑time position applies to candidates located in the United States. Schneider Electric offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, benefit bucks, flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, 401(k) with match, well‑being and recognition programs, 12 holidays per year, and 15 days of paid time off per year.
