Job summary

Florida Eye Specialists is seeking dedicated Ophthalmic Technicians to support our growing practice across multiple Jacksonville area locations. You will perform advanced technical ophthalmic measurements and tests to provide physician data and assist in patient care.

No experience is required—we are willing to train the right person. After a 90-day probation, full-time employees are eligible for benefits including a 401k and profit sharing after one year.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Medical Terminology (prefer ophthalmology).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with patients and staff in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.

Due to the nature of the business, this position will be required to travel to multiple locations, based on clinic needs.

After successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, Full Time employees will be eligible for the following benefits:
