Temco Logistics in San Jose, CA is seeking motivated individuals to join the appliance delivery and installation team. You will drive a 26 ft box truck, load and deliver, and install appliances for homeowners, builders, and clients.

Safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction are essential. No prior experience required; we provide paid training, uniforms, PPE, and opportunities for career growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift/pull/push 100+ lbs with proper equipment.
• Clean driving record and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with for-hire endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

What You Bring

• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement
