A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TECHNICIAN

As a Technician, you provide emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to clients. You are hands-on with water, fire, mold remediation, biohazard, demo, and construction projects, providing the know-how and muscle to not only get things done but done right. You are flexible and assist the team when needed on multiple service lines. You contribute to successful projects in various ways, such as loading or unloading materials/tools, setting up equipment for drying structures, vehicle maintenance, cleaning and preparing job sites, tarping roofs, or emergency board-ups.

You maintain all Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols with a safe job site. You should be willing to travel and available for emergency/after-hours/weekend calls. Your hard work ensures clients have a positive experience during their time of need, reinforcing First Onsite as their trusted restoration partner. You take pride in your work and are eager to grow professionally within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to operate industry-specific tools and equipment
• Effective communication skills with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license required
