Job summary

The Freeman Company in Dallas, TX, seeks a Technician – Quality Control to perform inbound quality checks and outbound processing of rental equipment. The role emphasizes daily QC checks, outbound staging, and teamwork within our Audio Visual and Event Technology team.

This full-time, in-person position requires at least 2 years in event production or warehouse ops. Candidates will ensure equipment readiness and safety while supporting continuous QC improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process daily intake and quality checks of assigned equipment.

Summary

The Technician – Quality Control is directly responsible for inbound quality check and outbound processing ofrental equipment. This role will be directly responsible for the daily quality control check and outbound staging ofrental equipment in accordance to procedure(s) to ensure integrity is maintained in our reservations andequipment readiness. This position requires teamwork, communication, and technical skills.

This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Dallas, TX.
