Job summary

LCI Brand in Hazlehurst, GA is seeking a Technician, QA to drive process development, verification, and documentation. You will generate flow charts, support NPI, and validate BOMs.

The role operates Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4 PM within an ISO‑driven manufacturing environment; strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential. You will inspect products and raw materials, assist in supplier specs, and help maintain QA standards.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9000, Lean manufacturing, and 5S principles.
• Previous manufacturing experience involving Process and Quality Control responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, verify, and improve processes; generate/revise flow charts and documentation; ISO Facilitator responsibilities; key member of the NPI process; BOM validation and revision.
• Review existing manufacturing processes for capability/efficiency gaps and make recommendations based on findings.
• Perform routine documentation audits and make revisions as required.
• Ensure all levels of the business process are documented and flowcharted as required.
• Inspect product and raw material before receiving.
• Assist in producing Item Purchase Descriptions (Supplier Specifications)
• Assist in producing internal QA specifications.

About This Role
