*Travel Required*

The Tech Plus One works as part of an inventory validation team and provides clinical equipment services under close supervision of TRIMEDX management. Duties include inventory projects at new customer sites, validation and inspection of clinical equipment for completeness, safety, and proper operation. The individual also performs planned maintenance, calibrations, and repairs of General Biomedical non-life support equipment.

Compensation is $18.49 per hour.

Candidates must have close access to a major airport and be able to travel up to 80-100% to client hospital sites, offices, meetings, and training. After the program, candidates will join a team at a site anywhere in the USA.

What We Are Looking For:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; technical/electronics training or military experience preferred
  • No prior experience required; 1 year preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel extensively, possibly using personal vehicle
  • Ability to learn technical skills and deliver strong performance in Biomedical Equipment Technician roles
  • Customer focus and relationship-building skills
  • Good communication and diplomacy skills

Responsibilities:

Inventory Validation Team (75%)
  • Attend inventory validation trips at customer sites
  • Travel up to 80% during the program
  • Follow TRIMEDX process for equipment matching & tagging
Clinical Engineering Support (25%)
  • Provide temporary coverage and support for performance verification, projects, and inventory validation
  • Participate in inventory audits and database updates

Relocation and Learning:

Ability to relocate within the U.S. for career growth. Up to 80% of time spent learning on the job or through courses.
