• 3+ years of plumbing service or installation experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and repair techniques
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and access attics/crawlspaces

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drain lines, fixtures, faucets, valves, and water heaters
• Perform installations and replacements of piping, fixtures, and appliances in compliance with local codes and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, low water pressure, and other plumbing issues
• Install, service, and repair tankless and conventional water heaters
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems
• Provide clear communication to customers regarding system issues, repair options, and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service tickets, inventory, and job documentation
• Work collaboratively with dispatch, supervisors, and other technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and quality service delivery
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures on every job site

What You Bring

• 3+ years of plumbing service or installation experience (residential or light commercial).
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and repair techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Plumbing apprentice or journeyman license preferred (as required by local jurisdiction).
• Backflow, tankless, or water treatment experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drain lines, fixtures, faucets, valves, and water heaters.
