Florida Eye Specialists is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician to perform advanced ophthalmic procedures, measurements and tests to provide physicians with essential patient data and support in care delivery.

No experience is required; a strong willingness to learn and train the right person is valued. Travel to multiple practice locations will be part of the role, and a 90-day probationary period applies for full-time staff with benefits eligibility.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology (ophthalmology preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional interaction with patients and staff at all times.

Summary:

The Ophthalmic Technician performs advanced technical ophthalmic procedures, measurements and tests to provide physician data and assist in patient care.

Due to the nature of the business, this position will be required to travel to multiple locations, based on clinic needs.

After successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, Full Time employees will be eligible for the following benefits:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
