Job summary

Temco Logistics in Omaha, NE is expanding its appliance delivery and installation team. You’ll operate a 26 ft box truck on local multi‑stop routes, load, deliver and install appliances, and use a mobile device to confirm deliveries and keep records.

Candidates must be 21+, able to lift 100+ lbs, have a clean driving record, and be comfortable with GPS apps. Prior box truck experience is preferred; basic plumbing/electrical skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload 100+ lbs.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.


• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).


• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.


• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.


• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.


• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.


• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

What You Bring

• MUST be 21+ years of age


• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.


• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).


• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).
