Job summary

Temco Logistics is hiring for delivery and appliance installation roles in Sisters, OR. You will operate a 26 ft box truck on local routes, load, deliver, and install appliances, and ensure safety and accuracy of records. The position emphasizes customer service to homeowners and builders and requires adherence to pre/post-trip inspections and safety protocols.

No experience? Paid training is offered, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to lift/pull/push/load/unload 100+ lbs using proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

What You Bring

• MUST be 21+ years of age
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement
