Responsibilities

• Provide production support in clean room (>90% of day).

• Provide data-driven feedback and coaching on scrap issues.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and documentation.
• Monitor line performance and escalate issues promptly.

Working hours: 5:00am - 3:30pm, MondaytoThursday

Description:

• 1stshift role (5 AM – 3:30 PM [10 hours], Monday – Thursday)
• Must be open to working overtime based on production and staffing needs (possibly several days a month)
• Front line engineering technician

Candidate will:

• Provide production support in clean room >90% of day, responding to escalations from Operations (i.e. scrap, process questions, equipment issues, etc.)
• Build SME-level knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and best practices and support Operations team in coaching assemblers
• Investigate scrap generated throughout the shift and understand root cause through dissection and assembler observation/discussion
• Provide data-driven and evidence-based feedback and coaching to assemblers on scrap
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and documentation, as required
• Proactively monitor line performance and drive immediate corrections or escalations

Qualifications:

• Local candidate(100% on-site role in Plymouth, MN)
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Direct production support (front line, day-to-day hands-on experience)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to work with assemblers and other non-technical personnel
• Ability to teach and coach othersStrong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
• Adept at handling multiple assignments in a timely manner to meet assigned deadlines
