Qualifications

• Ability to work with assemblers and communicate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support in clean room (>90% of day).
• Build SME knowledge of manufacturing processes and coach assemblers.
• Investigate scrap and determine root cause via dissection and observations.
• Provide data-driven feedback and coaching on scrap issues.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and documentation.
• Monitor line performance and escalate issues promptly.
